Please call for current pricing. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or any combination thereof. Financing, Financial Aid, and Tiered Pricing are also Available.

There is a minimum $1000 non-refundable registration fee required on all bed reservations. The balance is due no less than 1 week in advance of the start date. Beds may be rescheduled no less than 1 week in advance of your start date. You forfeit your initial registration fee when canceling or rescheduling your reservation less that 1 week in advance of your start date. Rescheduling less than 1 week in advance of your start date will require a registration fee of $1000. All bed registration fees are non-refundable.

If a guest does not arrive on his/her scheduled calendar arrival date that particular bed automatically opens up to the public on a first come first serve basis. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Please be advised that guests who leave voluntarily may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the number of full weeks not in attendance. All refund requests must be submitted to the Executive Director in writing by the payer(s) within 14 days of the guest's voluntary departure. Guests who are asked to leave the program by the Program Director are not eligible for a refund.
