Please call for current pricing. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or any combination thereof. Financing, Financial Aid, and Tiered Pricing are also Available.

There is a minimum $2000 non-refundable registration fee (Registration Fee varies upon Retreat chosen.)  All deposits are non-refundable.  The balance is due no less than 1 week in advance of the start date.  Changes may be made to your reservation provided it is one week prior to arrival.  Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

If a guest does not arrive on his/her scheduled calendar arrival date that particular bed automatically opens up to the public on a first come first serve basis. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Unlike the vast majority of programs, the St. Jude Retreats gives you the opportunity to decide if our program is right for you. That is why we offer the following refund policy:

Please be advised that guests who leave voluntarily are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the balance paid after the non-refundable registration fee. For guests who leave voluntarily within the first week, the payer may receive a 75% refund; for those who leave voluntarily during the second week, the payer may receive a 50% refund and for those who leave during the third week the payer may receive a 25% refund. All refund requests must be submitted to the Finance Director in writing by the payer(s) within 14 days of the guest's voluntary departure via certified mail. Guests who are asked to leave the program by the Program Director are not eligible for a refund.
